Rezolve is integrated with over 60 of the leading eCommerce payment providers.
During the process of setting up eCommerce features you can select an eCommerce provider and then enter your account information. Then when customers purchase your products via the app, payment will be made directly via your payment provider.
You will need to use a Merchant ID which is enabled for eCommerce transactions. You won’t be able to use Merchant IDs that have been provided for in-person transactions at your physical store.
If you see your payment provider in the list, select it and click ‘Next’.
If you don’t see your payment provider in the list, you may need to get a new account with one of our partners. You can find out more about our partners from our website.
Note: If you are using Computop, you can skip down to Settings Required for Computop (below)
On the Payment Details screen, you may see this question.
You need to confirm the name of the Payment Gateway which processes your payments. Do you process via your acquirer directly, or do you use a different gateway such as Computop or someone else?
Make your selection and the page will change to ask you the appropriate questions needed to set up your payments.
Here’s a guide to the fields in this form:
|Your Payment Gateway||The name of the company you use for processing online transactions.|
|Merchant Category Code (MCC)||The code used to categorise the type of business you have.|
|Merchant ID||The ID you use for Visa and Mastercard transactions. You will need a Merchant ID which is authorised for online (ecommerce) sales|
|Merchant ID for Visa||The ID you use for Visa transactions.|
|Merchant ID for Mastercard||The ID you use for Mastercard transactions.|
|Merchant ID for AMEX||The ID you use for AMEX transactions.|
Settings Required for Computop
If you are using Computop to process your payments, you will see the following fields:
|Computop Merchant ID||You will need a Merchant ID which is authorised for online (ecommerce) sales|
|Computop HMAC Key||This is a secure key, available from your account dashboard with your payment provider|
|Computop Blowfish Key||This is a secure key, available from your account dashboard with your payment provider|
Settings Required for All Merchants
|Currency for Payments||Set the currency that you wish to take payments in|
|Your Timezone||The timezone your store operates in.|
|Your Customer Service Phone Number||The telephone number you wish to display in the app for customers to reach you.|
|Terms and Conditions URL||The web address of the page containing your business terms and conditions|
|Company Information URL||The web address of the page containing information about your business|
If there are any errors, you will find out at the end of the setup process.
Click Next when ready.
