Rezolve is integrated with over 60 of the leading eCommerce payment providers.
During the process of setting up eCommerce features you can select an eCommerce provider and then enter your account information. Then when customers purchase your products via the app, payment will be made directly via your payment provider.
You will need to use a Merchant ID which is enabled for eCommerce transactions. You won’t be able to use Merchant IDs that have been provided for in-person transactions at your physical store.
If you see your payment provider in the list, select it and click ‘Next’.
If you don’t see your payment provider in the list, you may need to get a new account with one of our partners. You can find out more about our partners from our website.
Whatever your payment gateway, you will need to enter the following:
- Currency – Set the currency that you wish to take payments in
- Terms and Conditions URL – The web address of the page containing your business terms and conditions
- Company Information URL – The web address of the page containing information about your business
The rest of the settings will be available from your payment provider. Enter them in the fields provided.
If there are any errors, you will find out at the end of the setup process.
Click Next when ready.
