Connecting Your eCommerce Platform

When you go to Settings > Sell With Rezolve, you will see a list of eCommerce providers that can be connected to Rezolve.

Connecting your eCommerce platform gives you the following benefits:

  • All your products will be available when creating Buy targets for engagements. Buy engagements redirect customers to products for purchase.
  • Orders placed on the app will be fed back to your eCommerce platform for processing

If you wish to connect your eCommerce platform now, select it from the list. You will then need to enter connection details (see below).

If you don’t wish to connect an eCommerce platform, click Jump to Payment Setup at the top right of the list.

Entering Connection Details

Enter the details needed to connect Rezolve to your eCommerce platform.

No matter what the platform, you will need to enter:

  • Name – The name of your online store
  • Store URL – The URL of your online store

The rest of the settings will depend on your eCommerce platform. You will often need to enable connection via APIs on your eCommerce platform which will generate a set of secure passwords and keys to enter here.

Click the ‘Help’ link at the top of the window to see a relevant page of help from your ecommerce platform which will guide you through the setup process.

If you make a mistake here, you will be notified at the end of the setup process, and you will be able to edit your settings.

Click Next when ready.
