How Do I Cancel an Engagement?

It is possible to cancel an engagement in the following circumstances

  1. If it is a GeoZone engagement that is Scheduled and is not active yet
  2. If there is a technical problem with the Engagement’s trigger and it is not triggering correctly

Cancelling an Engagement

Engagements can be cancelled as follows:

  1. Please contact Rezolve Support via https://www.rezolve.com/support/tech-support-uk/ to report that you need to cancel the Engagement.
  2. Wait for confirmation that the cancellation can go ahead.
  3. Once you have received confirmation that the cancellation can proceed, please Delete the engagement as follows:
    • Go to the ‘Engagements Dashboard’
    • Click the ‘Action’ button (three dots at the right hand end of the row)
    • Select ‘Delete’
  4. Finally, inform your support contact at Rezolve that you have deleted the engagement
  5. You will then be refunded

Refunds

  • Any amount paid towards the cancelled order will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made, on a pro-rated basis
  • For refunds to source account (that is Credit Card, Debit Card and Netbanking), your refund may take 7-10 days to reflect in your account depending upon your bank partner

Refund Details (UK, US and Canada)

  • Rezolve Ltd will initiate the refund upon successful submission of the cancelation request.
  • In case of any refund discrepancies, Rezolve Ltd may, at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Refund Details (India)

  • Rezolve Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd. will initiate the refund upon successful submission of the cancelation request.
  • In case of any refund discrepancies, Rezolve Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
