To mark an order as ‘Complete’, you need to tell the merchant portal that the order has been ‘Shipped’ i.e. it has been sent to the consumer.
You can do this after you have sent the order, or after the consumer has collected it.
To complete an order:
Click on an order to view the details.
Then click the Ship button in the toolbar at the top.
Then, click the blue Submit Shipment button at the bottom of this page.
This will mark the order as Complete.
