Before you can do any operation in the RXP, you need to create an account. To do this, click the ‘Login’ button on the RXP sidebar to go to the Login screen.
Creating an Account
To create an account, click the ‘Sign Up’ tab on the ‘Log in’ screen.
Enter your email address as a username.
For the password, you need to enter at least 8 characters, and be a mix of:
- Lower case and upper case characters
- Special characters (e.g. !$%^&=+?)
Once you have created an account, you will be able to create your first content pages and engagements.
If you already have an account, click the ‘Login’ button to sign into your account.
Enter your username (an email address) and the password you chose.
If you don’t remember your password, click the ‘Don’t remember your password?’ link to reset it.
Enter details about you and your business by going to ‘Settings > Your Details’. This information is used in Rezolve-powered apps and online Instant Checkout pages.
Logging into the Merchant Portal
The Merchant Portal has a different login to the RXP, and you will need separate credentials. You get these credentials by completing ecommerce onboarding, which is covered here.
